About approval of Changes in the Procedure for carrying out monitoring of controlled transactions

According to subitem 39.4.10 of Item 39.4 of Article 39 of the Section I of the Tax code of Ukraine, the Law of Ukraine of March 20, 2023 "About introduction of amendments to the Tax Code of Ukraine and other legal acts of Ukraine concerning implementation of the international standard of automatic exchange of information about financial accounts" and the subitem 5 of item 4 of the Regulations on the Ministry of Finance of Ukraine approved by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of August 20, 2014 No. 375, I ORDER to No. 2970-IX:

1. Approve Changes in the Procedure for carrying out the monitoring of controlled transactions approved by the order of the Ministry of Finance of Ukraine of August 14, 2015 No. 706, registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine on September 3, 2015 at No. 1055/27500 (in edition of the order of the Ministry of Finance of Ukraine of March 17, 2021 No. 158) which are applied.

2. To provide to department of the international taxation of the Ministry of Finance of Ukraine in accordance with the established procedure:

submission of this order on state registration in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine;

promulgation of this order.

3. This order becomes effective from the date of its official publication.

4. To impose control over the implementation of this order on the Deputy Minister of Finance of Ukraine Vorobey S. I. and Chairman of the State Tax Administration of Ukraine.
