1. In heading and Item 1 of the order of the Ministry of Finance of Ukraine of October 21, 2015 No. 916 "About approval of the Procedure for registration and submission of claims by taxpayers and their considerations by monitoring bodies", registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine on December 23, 2015 at No. 1617/28062, after words "taxpayers", "taxpayers" to add with the words "and other persons", "and other persons" respectively.

2. Approve Changes in the Procedure for registration and submission of claims by taxpayers and their consideration by monitoring bodies approved by the order of the Ministry of Finance of Ukraine of October 21, 2015 No. 916, registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine on December 23, 2015 at No. 1617/28062, which are applied.

3. In accordance with the established procedure to provide to department of the international taxation:

submission of this order on state registration in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine;

promulgation of this order.

4. This order becomes effective from the date of its official publication.
