About approval of the Regulations on determination of the faces tied with credit union
According to Articles 7, of 15, 55-1, 56 of the Law of Ukraine "About the National Bank of Ukraine", article 21 of the Law of Ukraine "About financial services and finance companies", articles 37, of 41 Law of Ukraine "About credit unions", for the purpose of regulation of activities of the Board of the National Bank of Ukraine credit unions decides:
1. Approve the enclosed Regulations on determination of the faces tied with credit union (further - the Provision).
2. To credit unions till July 1, 2024 to bring the activities into accord with requirements of the Provision and to submit to the National Bank of Ukraine the list of the faces tied with credit union as of date of submission of this information on the enclosed form.
3. To department of methodology of regulation of activities of non-bank financial institutions (Sergey Savchuk) to inform credit unions information on adoption of this resolution.
4. The resolution becomes effective from the date of, its official publication following behind day.
