Changes which are made to the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of October 3, 2018 No. 823

1. In the resolution:

The name of the resolution after words of "wine-making products" to add 1) with words "/small productions of distillates";

Introductory part of the resolution to state 2) in the following edition:

"According to part four of Article 2-2, of part five of article 2-3 of the Law of Ukraine "About state regulation of production and turnover of ethyl alcohol, spirit distillates, alcoholic beverages, tobacco products, the liquids used in electronic cigarettes and fuel" the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine decides:";

3) in Item 1:

after paragraph two to add Item with the new paragraph of the following content:

"form of the declaration of compliance of material and technical resources of small productions of distillates to requirements of the legislation;".
