1. Approve Rules of introduction of representations by bodies of homeland security of the Republic of Kazakhstan about elimination of the reasons and conditions promoting realization of safety hazards of the Republic of Kazakhstan, making of criminal offenses which investigation is referred by the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan to maintaining bodies of homeland security according to appendix 1 to this order.
2. Recognize invalid some orders of the Chairman of Committee of homeland security of the Republic of Kazakhstan according to appendix 2 to this order.
3. To provide to legal department of Committee of homeland security of the Republic of Kazakhstan in the procedure established by the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan state registration of this order in the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan and placement of this order on Internet resource of Committee of homeland security of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
4. To impose control of execution of this order on the supervising vice-chairman of Committee of homeland security of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
5. This order becomes effective after ten calendar days after day of its first official publication.
