1. Approve:

indexation coefficient since April 1, 2007 of basic part of work pension in the amount of 1,075;

coefficient of additional increase since April 1, 2007 in the size of insurance part of work pension in the amount of 1,092.

2. To the Pension Fund of the Russian Federation to inform the territorial authorities on the size of the coefficients approved by this resolution for increase in the corresponding pensions established by the Federal Laws "About Work Pensions in the Russian Federation" and "About the State Provision of Pensions in Rossy" and also the monthly money payment provided by the laws of the Russian Federation "About social protection of the citizens who were affected by radiation owing to catastrophic crash on the Chernobyl NPP", "About the status of Heroes of the Soviet Union, Heroes of the Russian Federation and complete gentlemen of award of Glory", the Federal Laws "About Veterans", "About Social Protection of Disabled People in the Russian Federation", "About Provision of Social Guarantees to Heroes of Socialist Work and Complete Gentlemen of Award of Labour Glory" and "About Social Guarantees to the Citizens Who Underwent to Radiative Effects owing to Nuclear Testing at Semipalatinsk Test Site".
