About determination of authorized body on receipt of reports on production volumes and/or turnover of alcoholic beverages and introduction of amendments to the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of August 5, 2015 No. 609
According to parts four and the fifth article 16 of the Law of Ukraine "About state regulation of production and turnover of ethyl alcohol, spirit distillates, alcoholic beverages, tobacco products, the liquids used in electronic cigarettes and fuel" the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine decides:
1. Determine the State Tax Administration, its territorial authorities authorized body of the executive authority by obtaining:
the annual report on production volumes and/or turnover (including import and export) the alcoholic beverages served by small productions of wine-making products which obtained licenses for production and/or wholesale trade by alcoholic beverages without alcohol addition (grape wines, wines fruit and berry, drinks honey) and/or perform export, import of the specified products;
the quarterly report on production volumes and/or turnover (including export) the alcoholic beverages served by small productions of distillates which have the license for production of spirit distillates, the license for production of alcoholic beverages and/or the license for wholesale and/or retail trade by alcoholic beverages.
2. Bring in the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of August 5, 2015 No. 609 "About approval of the list of bodies of licensing and recognition voided some resolutions of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine" (The Official Bulletin of Ukraine, 2015, No. 68, Art. 2232; 2021, No. 2, the Art. 101) the enclosed changes.
