Bring in the Procedure for acquisition, transportation, storage, leave, use and destruction of drugs, psychotropic substances and precursors in healthcare institutions approved by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of May 13, 2013 No. 333 (The Official Bulletin of Ukraine, 2013, No. 37, Art. 1303; 2015, No. 24, the Art. 659), the enclosed changes.

1. State Item 8 in the following edition:
"8. Electronic recipes on medicines of drugs, psychotropic substances and precursors are written out by the rules established by the Ministry of Health.
Form of special prescription forms of paper recipes on medicines of drugs, psychotropic substances and precursors, procedure for their acquisition, accounting, storage, destruction, and also the rule of execution of such recipes are established by the Ministry of Health.
Recipes on medicines of drugs, psychotropic substances and precursors in pharmaceutical (pharmaceutical) institutions are considered, stored and destroyed in the procedure established by the Ministry of Health.".
2. In Item 15 of the word and figures "till March 31" shall be replaced with words also in figures "till January 31".
3. Item 17 in paragraph one "three-months" to replace the word with the word "six-months".
