Bring in Regulations on procedure for the provision of mountain branches approved by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of January 27, 1995 No. 59 (ZP of Ukraine, 1995, No. 4, Art. 94; 1996, No. 5, Art. 154; Official Bulletin of Ukraine, 2006, No. 45, Art. 3014; 2011, No. 28, Art. 1191; 2012, No. 60, Art. 2433, No. 81, Art. 3283; 2016, No. 16, Art. 644; 2019, No. 50, Art. 1695; 2020, No. 40, Art. 1299; 2023, No. 34, the Art. 1795), the enclosed changes.

Approved by the Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of January 9, 2024 No. 68
1. State Item 1 in the following edition:
"1. This Provision establishes procedure for provision of mountain branches (part of subsoil) to users in the territory of Ukraine for development of mineral deposits by underground method (mines and mines).".
2. In Item 2 of the word of "all subsoil users" shall be replaced with words "the subsoil users performing development of mineral deposits by underground method".
3. State Items 3 and 4 in the following edition:
