About modification of the Regulations on licensing of activities for storage and destruction of chemical weapon

1. Approve the enclosed changes which are made to the Regulations on licensing of activities for storage and destruction of chemical weapon approved by the order of the Government of the Russian Federation of February 22, 2012 No. 155 "About licensing of activities for storage and destruction of chemical weapon" (The Russian Federation Code, 2012, No. 10, Art. 1243; 2017, No. 42, Art. 6152; 2020, No. 52, Art. 8820).

2. This resolution becomes effective since March 1, 2022.

Changes which are made to Regulations on licensing of activities for storage and destruction of chemical weapon

1. State Item 1 in the following edition:

"1. This Provision establishes procedure for licensing of the activities for storage and destruction of chemical weapon performed by legal entities in the territory of the Russian Federation.

Activities for storage and destruction of chemical weapon are constituted by works and services in the list according to appendix No. 1 (further - the list).".

2. To state the subitem "b" of Item 3 in the following edition:

"b) availability at the license applicant in staff of the qualified specialists who signed the employment contract with it, had special training for accomplishment of the declared works (services) and meeting the requirements, the stipulated in Article 2 Federal Laws "About Social Protection of the Citizens Occupied at Works with Chemical Weapon";".
