1. Agree with offers of khokimiyat of the Andijan region, the Ministry of investments, the industry and trade, the Ministry of Agriculture and Ministry of water economy about:
creation in the Andijan district of the Andijan region of the free economic zone "Ipak of yula" (further - SEZ "Ipak of Yula");
transfer of all 218,18 of hectares, including 201,23 of hectares of the irrigated parcels of land of agricultural purpose in the Andijan district of the Andijan region in category of lands of the industry, transport, communication, defense and other appointment according to appendix No. 1 for the purpose of creation of SEZ "Ipak of Yula".
2. Approve borders of the territories which are part of the free economic zone "Ipak of yula" according to appendix No. 2.
3. Determine the main objectives and activities of SEZ "Ipak of Yula":
attraction of direct foreign and domestic investments for production demanded in the foreign markets and import-substituting industrial output with high value added;
establishment of strong cooperation bonds based on local raw materials and materials, expansion of industrial production of high level on the basis of development of industrial cooperation between participants of SEZ "Ipak of Yula" and with other regions of the republic;
