1. Reorganize organization of "Zhanna Kitep" of the Ministry of Education and Science of the Kyrgyz Republic by accession of organization to it "The republican scientific and practical center "Okuu of Kiteba" under the Ministry of Education and Science of the Kyrgyz Republic.
2. Rename organization of "Zhanna Kitep" of the Ministry of Education and Science of the Kyrgyz Republic into public institution "Okuu of Kiteba publishing house under the Ministry of Education and Science of the Kyrgyz Republic" (further - GU "Okuu of Kiteba publishing house).
3. Determine that activities of GU "Okuu of Kiteba publishing house are performed on the principle of self-financing.
4. Approve the Procedure for lease of textbooks in the general education organizations of the Kyrgyz Republic according to appendix.
5. Bring in the order of the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic "About questions of the Ministry of Education and Science of the Kyrgyz Republic" of March 5, 2021 No. 72 the following changes:
