About modification of appendix 2 to the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of March 18, 2022 No. 314

1. Bring in appendix 2 to the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of March 18, 2022 No. 314 "Some questions of ensuring implementation of economic activity in the conditions of warlike situation" (The Official Bulletin of Ukraine, 2022, No. 26, the Art. 1399) the enclosed change.
2. Determine that the entries into force of this resolution by subjects of managing of the declaration on production of types of economic activity included this resolution in appendix 2 to the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of March 18, 2022 in No. 314 "Some questions of ensuring implementation of economic activity in the conditions of warlike situation" given about one day are valid within one month from the date of entry into force of this resolution. During the specified term subjects of managing for further implementation of such activities shall receive the relevant allowing documents which are issued by the State agency on development of melioration, fishery and food programmes electronically, in particular means of the Single state web portal of electronic services or the Single state electronic management system industry of fishery within two working days taking into account regulations of the Procedure of the special use of water bioresources approved by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of December 22, 2023 No. 1347 "Some questions of implementation of special use of water bioresources".
