1. In paragraph four of Item 43 of the Standard agreement of lease of land approved by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of March 3, 2004 No. 220 (The Official Bulletin of Ukraine, 2004, No. 9, Art. 527; 2016, No. 94, Art. 3077; 2022, No. 41, the Art. 2219) shall be replaced with words the words "also makes sure qualified digital signatures" "with imposing of qualified digital signatures according to requirements of the Law of Ukraine "About electronic identification and electronic confidential services".

In Item 9 of the Regulations on the State fund of documentation on land management and assessment of lands approved by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of November 17, 2004 No. 1553 (The Official Bulletin of Ukraine, 2004, No. 46, Art. 3039; 2021, No. 35, Art. 2089; 2022, No. 41, Art. 2219):
1) in paragraph one of the word "with use of the qualified digital signature" shall be replaced with words "and imposing of the qualified digital signature according to requirements of the Law of Ukraine "About electronic identification and electronic confidential services";
