About modification of some regulations
The Parliament adopts this organic law.
Art. I. - Part (1) article 13 of the Law on state security No. 618/1995 (Official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 1997, Art. No. 10-11, 117), with subsequent changes, after words "Service of Information and Safety of the Republic of Moldova", to add with the words "National Center for Fight Against Corruption".
Art. II. - In the Law on the state security agencies No. 619/1995 (Official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 1997, Art. No. 10-11, 115), with subsequent changes, to make the following changes:
1. Part (1) articles 13 after words "Service of Information and Safety of the Republic of Moldova", to add with the words "National Center for Fight Against Corruption".
2. Add the law with Article 14-1 of the following content:
"Article 14-1. National center for fight against corruption
The national center for fight against corruption is specialized body for the prevention and fight against corruption, acts and the corruption facts, adjacent to corruption.".
