About modification of some regulations
The Parliament adopts this organic law.
Art. I. - The law on social benefit No. 133/2008 (Official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2008, No. 179, of the Art. 625), with subsequent changes, to make the following changes:
1. Add Article 3 with the following concept:
"work with case of the receiver - the tool for determination and assessment in cooperation with family of her requirements for the purpose of ensuring access to the services satisfying the revealed requirements according to the available resources.".
2. Add Chapter II with Article 9-2 of the following content:
"Article 9-2. Work with case of the receiver of social benefit
The territorial structure of the public assistance carries out work with case of the receiver for assessment of the reasons resulting in need of the request for the public assistance, the accompanied plan in which measures of the public assistance are determined including social services, and if necessary - employment measures in case of families with able-bodied receivers of the help, in the procedure established by the Government.".
Art. II. - Part (7) articles II of the Law on introduction of amendments to the Code of the Republic of Moldova about education No. 152/2014 and about recognition voided the Law on approval of the List of specialties on training in the highest and average special educational institutions No. 1070/2000 (2023, Art. No. 335-337, 592) to add the official monitor of the Republic of Moldova with the following offer: "By the acting as the head of local industry body in the field of education also other persons who are not government employees within management can be designated provided that they have at least five years of the leading or working experience of work in education system.".
Art. III. - (1) This law becomes effective since January 1, 2025, except for article II which becomes effective from the date of publication of this law.
