1. Approve the enclosed Rules of conducting verification of investment projects regarding efficiency of use of the funds of the federal budget allocated for capital investments.
2. Determine that the Rules approved by this resolution extend to the investment projects providing construction, reconstruction within stipulated in Article 179.1 Budget codes of the Russian Federation of the register of capital construction projects, real estate units including with restoration elements, modernization of capital construction projects, acquisition of real estate units which financial provision is fully or partially performed from the federal budget (further - investment projects).
3. Verification of investment projects regarding efficiency of use of the funds of the federal budget allocated for capital investments according to the Rules approved by this resolution is carried out concerning capital construction projects and real estate units if the estimated cost or expected (extreme) project cost of capital construction or acquisition value of the real estate unit (calculated in the prices of the corresponding years) constitutes 3 billion rubles and more, on which:
