According to part two of article 30 of the Law of Ukraine "About Waste management", Item 8 of the Regulations on the Ministry of the development of communities, the territories and infrastructure of Ukraine approved by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of June 30, 2015 No. 460 (in edition of the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of December 17, 2022 to No. 1400), I ORDER:

1. Approve the Technique of separate collection of household waste which is applied.

2. Declare invalid the order of the Ministry of Regional Development, Construction and Housing of Ukraine of August 1, 2011 No. 133 "About approval of the Technique of separate collection of household waste", registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine on October 10, 2011 at No. 1157/19895.

3. To provide to department of utilities submission of this order on state registration in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine in accordance with the established procedure.

4. To provide to the sector of external communications promulgation of this order on the official website of the Ministry of development of communities, the territories and infrastructures of Ukraine.

5. This order becomes effective from the date of its official publication.

6. To impose control over the implementation of this order on the deputy minister A. Butenko.
