According to article 35-1 of the Law of Ukraine "About waste" and for the purpose of establishment of single technique of separate collection of household waste I ORDER:
1. Approve the Technique of separate collection of household waste which is applied.
2. - to the chief of staff Semchuk G. M. to provide to the deputy minister provision of this order in accordance with the established procedure on state registration in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine.
3. This order becomes effective from the date of its official publication.
4. I reserve control over the implementation of this order.
