"5. By means of IS EGKN on the parcels of land and real estate units accomplishment of the following functions is provided:
1) search and viewing of electronic case on the parcel of land and its real estate objects, in case of availability, based on the data which arrived in IS EGKN from MIO, the design estimates of the planned constructions, and the subsequent transfer of the document in Electronic archive of cases;
