About introduction of amendments to some acts of the Government of the Russian Federation
The government of the Russian Federation decides:
1. Approve the enclosed changes which are made to acts of the Government of the Russian Federation.
2. Declare invalid the order of the Government of the Russian Federation of November 21, 2018 No. 2547-r (The Russian Federation Code, 2018, No. 49, the Art. 7646).
3. To Federal Antimonopoly Service till April 1, 2024 to make changes to the composite balance estimation of production and deliveries of electrical energy (capacity) within Power pool system of Russia on subjects of the Russian Federation for 2024 regarding forecast amounts of electrical energy (capacity) delivered by subjects of the wholesale market - electric power producers (capacity) under regulated agreements, proceeding from total equality of cost of forecast amounts of electrical energy and capacity of the suppliers and buyers of the wholesale market planned for delivery to the population and equated to it to categories of consumers.
4. To Federal Antimonopoly Service in coordination with the Ministry of Energy of the Russian Federation in 6-month time to approve methodical instructions for establishment of indication prices of electrical energy and on capacity for the population and categories of consumers, and also indication prices of electrical energy and of capacity equated to it for buyers in separate parts of price zones of the wholesale market in which the Government of the Russian Federation establishes features of functioning wholesale and the retail markets, stipulated in Item 44 Bases of pricing in the field of regulated prices (rates) in power industry approved by the order of the Government of the Russian Federation of December 29, 2011 No. 1178 "About pricing in the field of regulated prices (rates) in power industry".
