Approve the enclosed changes which are made to the order of the Government of the Russian Federation of March 20, 2019 No. 286 "About approval of requirements to anti-terrorist security of objects (territories) of the State corporation for space activities Roskosmos, the organizations of the State corporation for space activities Roskosmos and the organizations of the space-rocket industry, and also form of the material safety data sheet of the specified objects (territories)" (The Russian Federation Code, 2019, No. 12, Art. 1325; 2020, No. 12, Art. 1779).

Changes which are made to the Order of the Government of the Russian Federation of March 20, 2019 No. 286

1. In requirements to anti-terrorist security of objects (territories) of the State corporation for space activities Roskosmos, the organizations of the State corporation for space activities Roskosmos and the organizations of the space-rocket industry approved by the specified resolution:

a) to add the subitem "g" of Item 13 after the words "on the protected objects (territories)" with words "(including commanders of military units of troops of national guard of the Russian Federation or officials authorized by them if as a part of objects (territories) there are important state objects, particular loads, constructions on communications which are subject to protection by troops of national guard of the Russian Federation)";

b) add Item 20 with the subitem "(1)" the following content:
