About approval of the Procedure for testing of parameters of electronic communication networks and qualities of electronic communication services

According to part five of Article 10 and Item 9 parts one of article 11 of the Law of Ukraine "About electronic communications", the National commission performing state regulation in spheres of electronic communications, radio-frequency range and provision of services of mail service DECIDES:

1. Approve the Procedure for testing of parameters of electronic communication networks and quality of electronic communication services which is applied.

2. Declare invalid the decision of the National commission performing state regulation in the field of communication and informatization, of July 30, 2013 No. 487 "About approval of the Regulations on measurement of parameters of telecommunication networks for the purpose of implementation of the state supervision in the field of telecommunications and recognition by NKRS which voided decisions of August 2, 2007 No. 874", registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine on August 19, 2013 at No. 1426/23958.

3. In accordance with the established procedure to submit to department of quality of electronic communication services this resolution on state registration to the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine.

4. This resolution becomes effective from the date of its official publication.
