According to Article part three 3, of Article 14 and part two of article 15 of the Law of Ukraine "On regulation of economic activity with ozone-depleting substances and the fluorinated greenhouse gases", the subitem 65 of item 4 of the Regulations on the Ministry of environment protection and natural resources of Ukraine approved by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of June 25, 2020 No. 614, I ORDER:

1. Approve the Procedure for maintaining and submission of the reporting by operators of the controlled substances moving through customs border of Ukraine place in the market, use and perform the treatment of controlled substances and the enclosed goods.

2. To provide to department of prevention of industrial pollution and climatic policy (Yuli MOROZOV) in the procedure established by the legislation submission of this order on state registration in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine.

3. This order becomes effective from the date of its official publication.

4. To impose control over the implementation of this order on the deputy minister concerning the European integration Evgeny FEDORENKO.
