Based on part (6) article 3 of the Law No. 420/2006 on technical regulation (repeated publication: The official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2017, No. 92 – 102, the Art. 125), with subsequent changes, DECIDES: the Government
1. Approve the Technical regulation about names of textile fibers and the corresponding labeling and marking of fibrous structure of textile products it (is applied).
2. This resolution becomes effective after 12 months from the date of publication in the Official monitor of the Republic of Moldova.
3. Declare invalid this resolution from the date of the entry of the Republic of Moldova into the European Union.
4. To impose control over the implementation of this resolution on the Ministry of Economic Development and digitalizations.
