About approval of Changes in Regulations on the organization and conducting inspection checks
According to Articles 7, of 15, of 55, 56 Laws of Ukraine "About the National Bank of Ukraine", Articles 2, of 71, 72 Laws of Ukraine "About banks and banking activity", considering Item 7 of the Section II of the Law of Ukraine of November 22, 2023 No. 3498-IX "About introduction of amendments to some laws of Ukraine concerning enhancement of state regulation of the markets of financial services", for the purpose of enhancement of procedure for conducting inspection checks of Board of the National Bank of Ukraine by the National Bank of Ukraine decides:
1. Approve the Change in Regulations on the organization and conducting inspection checks approved by the resolution of Board of the National Bank of Ukraine of July 17, 2001 No. 276, registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine on August 15, 2001 at No. 703/5894 (in edition of the resolution of Board of the National Bank of Ukraine of December 28, 2017 No. 145) (with the enclosed changes).
2. The resolution becomes effective from the date of, its official publication following behind day.
