About Security service and convoy under the Ministry of Justice of the Kyrgyz Republic
For the purpose of optimization of criminal executive system of the Kyrgyz Republic, being guided by Articles 13, of 17, 22 constitutional Laws of the Kyrgyz Republic "About the Cabinet of Ministers of the Kyrgyz Republic", the Cabinet of Ministers of the Kyrgyz Republic decides:
1. Rename Department on protection of correctional facilities and convoy of the convicts and persons taken into custody, Services of execution of punishments under the Ministry of Justice of the Kyrgyz Republic in Security service and convoy under the Ministry of Justice of the Kyrgyz Republic.
2. Approve:
1) Regulations on Security service and convoy under the Ministry of Justice of the Kyrgyz Republic according to appendix 1;
2) the Procedure for convoy of the convicts and persons taken into custody, protection and defense of correctional facilities according to appendix 2.
3. Determine that the Security service and convoy under the Ministry of Justice of the Kyrgyz Republic is legal successor of Department on protection of correctional facilities and convoy of the convicts and persons taken into custody, Services of execution of punishments under the Ministry of Justice of the Kyrgyz Republic.
4. To the Ministry of Justice of the Kyrgyz Republic and Service of execution of punishments under the Ministry of Justice of the Kyrgyz Republic in accordance with the established procedure:
1) to introduce the corresponding drafts of regulatory legal acts following from this resolution in a month;
2) in three-months time to perform transfer of the respective buildings, constructions and established posts to Security service and convoy under the Ministry of Justice of the Kyrgyz Republic;
