About implementation of the pilot project on implementation and ensuring functioning of information and communication system in the field of the state export control

The Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine decides:

1. Agree with the offer of the Ministry of Economics and Public service of export control concerning realization within two years from the date of entry into force of this resolution of the pilot project on implementation and ensuring functioning of information and communication system in the field of the state export control (further - the pilot project).

2. Approve the Procedure for implementation of the pilot project on implementation and ensuring functioning of information and communication system in the field of the enclosed state export control.

3. Determine that:

1) within implementation of the pilot project electronic public services in the field of the state export control are provided with use of information and communication system in the field of the state export control and take root taking into account readiness of its program and technical means;

2) coordinator of the pilot project is Public service of export control;

3) participants of the pilot project are the central executive bodies, prospecting bodies, other state bodies authorized according to the legislation to perform actions in the field of the state export control, subjects of managing, the state customers in the field of defense;

4) subjects of managing, the state customers in the field of defense voluntarily make the decision on participation in implementation of the pilot project. At the same time implementation of the pilot project does not influence possibility of receipt of the public services provided by Public service of export control according to the procedure, stipulated by the legislation.

4. To public service of export control to promulgate information on implementation of the pilot project on own official website.

5. To the Ministry of Economics give not later than in two months after completion of implementation of the pilot project to the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine:
