About approval of the Regulations on provision by Fund of guaranteeing household deposits of financial support to the accepting or transitional bank, modification of the Regulations on conclusion of insolvent bank from the market and recognition voided some decisions of executive directorate of Fund of guaranteeing household deposits

According to Item 10 parts one, Article parts six 12, parts one of article 43 of the Law of Ukraine "About system of guaranteeing household deposits" the executive directorate of Fund of guaranteeing household deposits SOLVED:

1. Approve Regulations on provision by Fund of guaranteeing household deposits of financial support to the accepting or transitional bank enclosed.

2. Bring in Regulations on conclusion of insolvent bank from the market approved by the decision of executive directorate of Fund of guaranteeing household deposits of July 5, 2012 No. 2, registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine on September 14, 2012 at No. 1581/21893, the following changes:

1) in the Section IV:

in Item 2.5 of Chapter 2:

to exclude the paragraph of the seventh.

With respect thereto the eighth or eleventh to consider paragraphs respectively paragraphs the seventh or tenth;

add this Item with the new paragraph of the following content:
