1. Take into consideration that:

b) between the Government of the Republic of Uzbekistan on behalf of the Ministry of investments, the industry and trade and the Investor the Investment agreement on implementation of the investment project "Production Organization Electric and Hybrid Vehicles and Their Component Parts in the Republic of Uzbekistan" (further - the Investment project) on September 26, 2023 is signed according to which the Investor and Joint business undertook the following obligations:

rendering by the Investor assistance in step-by-step localization of production on domestic enterprises of component parts and spare parts for the made electric vehicles and hybrid cars, including glasses, sitting, plastic details and bumpers;

creation for local population of 1 000 new workplaces;
