1. Determine that the Ministry of Economics and finance of Turkmenistan performs coordination of control and auditing activities of the ministries and departments and carries out certification of specialists of their control and auditing services.

2. Approve the enclosed Regulations on Control and auditing management of the Ministry of Economics and finance of Turkmenistan.

3. To control and auditing services of the ministries and departments to strengthen interdepartmental control and to approve with the Ministry of Economics and finance of Turkmenistan:

- annual plan of control and auditing work;

- programs of checks and audits of the companies and organizations;

- the developed and approved normative legal documents on implementation of control and auditing activities.

4. Oblige the ministries and departments:

- create in the structures control and auditing managements (departments) within the total number of workers;

- represent to the Ministry of Economics and finance of Turkmenistan monthly, quarterly and annual reports on control and auditing work (the form is applied) to 1 date following the accounting period.

5. To the Ministry of Economics and finance of Turkmenistan to generalize results of control and auditing activities of the ministries and departments and to quarterly submit the report in the Cabinet of Ministers of Turkmenistan no later than the 10th following the accounting period.

6. To national institute of the state statistics and information of Turkmenistan to enter into the statistical reporting form of the quarter reporting "The report on shortages and plunders of money and material values at the companies, in the organizations and organizations".
