1. In heading and Item 1 of the order of the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine of April 12, 2012 No. 578/5 "About approval of the List of the standard documents created during activities of state bodies and local government bodies, other organizations, companies and organizations, with indication of storage durations of documents", the word of "organizations, the companies and the organizations" registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine on April 17, 2012 at No. 571/20884, shall be replaced with words "legal entities".
2. Approve Changes in the List of the standard documents created during activities of state bodies and local government bodies, other organizations, companies and organizations with indication of storage durations of documents, the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine approved by the order of April 12, 2012 No. 578/5, registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine on April 17, 2012 at No. 571/20884, which are applied.
