About modification of the Procedure for conducting gender and legal examination

The Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine decides:

1. Bring in the Procedure for the conducting gender and legal examination approved by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of November 28, 2018 No. 997 "Questions of conducting gender and legal examination" (The Official Bulletin of Ukraine, 2018, No. 96, Art. 3173; 2020, No. 2, Art. 63), such changes:

Item 3 after paragraph two to add 1) with the new paragraph of the following content:

"Gender and legal examination of drafts of subordinate regulatory legal acts of the ministries, other public authorities and other subjects of the public law which under the law perform law-making activities on behalf of the state and which jurisdiction extends to the territory of Ukraine, and also subordinate regulatory legal acts which need of state registration is provided by the law is performed by the subject of law-making activities by results of which carrying out the conclusion in form according to appendix 2 prepares.".
