Approve the enclosed changes which are made to the order of the Government of the Russian Federation of November 20, 2021 No. 1988 "About determination of check points through frontier of the Russian Federation for departure from the territory of the Russian Federation out of limits of customs area of the Eurasian Economic Union of some goods classified in goods items of 3102 and 3105 single Commodity nomenclatures of foreign economic activity of the Eurasian Economic Union" (The Russian Federation Code, 2021, No. 48, Art. 8069; 2022, No. 16, Art. 2663; No. 40, Art. 6834; 2024, No. 8, Art. 1126).

2. This resolution becomes effective after one day after day of its official publication.

Changes which are made to the Order of the Government of the Russian Federation of November 20, 2021 No. 1988

1. Add with Item 2 (1) the following content:

"2(1). Provisions of Item 2 of this resolution do not extend to the goods classified by codes 3102 30 100 0, of 3102 30 900 0 single Commodity nomenclature of foreign economic activity of the Eurasian Economic Union concerning the sea check point Big port St. Petersburg.".

2. Third the Section 4 appendices to the specified resolution to state the paragraph in the following edition:
