1. Make changes to the following resolutions of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus:
1.1. in appendix to the resolution of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of June 25, 2018 No. 485 "About establishment of standard form of the agreement":
the tenth subitem 4.4 of item 4 to state the paragraph in the following edition:
"unauthorized inclusion by the subscriber of systems of heatconsumption owing to lack of the gosenergogaznadzor of the passport of readiness of the consumer of heat energy for work registered in accordance with the established procedure in body during the autumn and winter period, except as specified, the Rules of preparation of the organizations determined in Item 39 by heating season, its carrying out and the completion approved by the resolution of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of May 14, 2020 No. 286;";
to state subitem 5.7.1 of Item 5 in the following edition:
