About approval of the Main conditions of implementation of the state external borrowings by attraction of the credit from National Westminster Bank plc

2. To the Ministry of Finance to provide in case of creation of the draft of the Government budget of Ukraine for the corresponding year of means for repayment and servicing of the state external borrowings performed according to the Main conditions approved by this resolution.

1. The state external borrowings are performed by attraction of the credit for the total amount which is not exceeding 219000000 pounds sterling (further - the credit) and National Westminster Bank plc (NatWest) as the agent, the organizer and the initial creditor (further - the credit agreement), in the limits provided by the Law on the Government budget of Ukraine for year in which selections of means of the credit are performed is provided according to the credit agreement between Ukraine on behalf of the Minister of Finance of Ukraine as the borrower.
2. Obligations of the borrower on the credit are provided with guarantee of the agency of export financing of the United Kingdom of Great Britain and Northern Ireland.
