About approval of rates of the consular fee levied in the territory of the Republic of Kazakhstan

According to the subitem 1) of article 676 of the Tax Code of the Republic of Kazakhstan and subitem 144-1) of Item 15 of the Regulations on the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Kazakhstan approved by the order of the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan of October 28, 2004 No. 1118, I ORDER:

1. Approve rates of the consular fee levied in the territory of the Republic of Kazakhstan according to appendix to this order.

2. To provide to department of consular service of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Kazakhstan in the procedure established by the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan:

1) state registration of this order in the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan;

2) placement of this order on official Internet resource of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Kazakhstan;

3) within ten working days after state registration of this order in the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan submission to Department of legal service of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Kazakhstan of data on execution of the actions provided by subitems 1) and 2) of this Item.

3. To impose control of execution of this order on the supervising deputy minister of foreign affairs of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

4. This order becomes effective after ten calendar days after day of its first official publication.
