1. Extend till 2008 terms of implementation of the Interstate program of creation of the network of information marketing centers for promotion of goods and services on the national markets of gosudarstvuchastnik of the CIS for the period till 2005 approved by the Decision of Council of CIS Heads of Government of November 29, 2001.
2. Determine the Ministry of information technologies and bonds of the Russian Federation by the state customer - the coordinator of the specified Interstate program instead of the abolished Ministry of the Russian Federation of communication and informatization.
3. Charge to CIS Economic Council to continue to hear and make annually decisions according to the report of the state customer - the coordinator of the specified Interstate program about the course of its accomplishment.
4. This Decision becomes effective from the date of signing.
