About approval of changes which are made to some orders of the Government, and about recognition voided some orders of the Government (in the field of management of public property)

Based on Article 7, Articles 17, parts (2) Article 18 and part (1) article 40 of the Law 121/2007 on management of public property and its privatization (The official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2007, No. 90 – 93, the Art. 401), with subsequent changes, DECIDES: the Government

1. Approve changes which are made to some orders of the Government (are applied).

2. Recognize to invalid:

1) the Order of the Government No. 468/2008 about privatization of the non-residential premises rented (The official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2008, No. 66 – 68, the Art. 442), with subsequent changes;

2) the last paragraph of Item 1 of the Order of the Government No. 1056/1997 on measures for accomplishment of the Law on the privatization program for 1997-1998 (The official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 1998, No. 2 – 4, the Art. 2), with subsequent changes.

3. Before putting into operation of the Information system "Register of Public Property and Management of State-owned Property" approved by the Order of the Government No. 851/2023, the subregister No. 8 of the Register of public property provided in the subitem 10) of Item 2, to conduct by manual method.
