1. Approve Regulations on privatization of the non-residential premises rented it (is applied).
2. To national bureau of statistics to represent monthly to the Agency of public property the monthly indexes of inflation (consumer price index).
3. Declare invalid the Order of the Government N 342 of April 6, 2006. "About procedure for purchase and sale of the objects which are not relating to housing stock, rented" (The official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2006, N 59-62, Art. 384).
