About approval of the Evaluation procedure of damage from emergency situations or emergencies, systematization of its accounting and the Procedure for holding actions for mitigation of consequences of emergency situations or emergencies and recovery work

For the purpose of streamlining of assessment of damage from emergency situations or emergencies, systematization of its accounting, holding actions for mitigation of consequences of emergency situations or emergencies and recovery work, according to articles 7-1, 18 of the Law of the Kyrgyz Republic "About Civil protection", articles 13, of the 17th constitutional Law of the Kyrgyz Republic "About the Cabinet of Ministers of the Kyrgyz Republic" the Cabinet of Ministers of the Kyrgyz Republic decides:

1. Approve:

1) damage Evaluation procedure from emergency situations or emergencies, systematization of its accounting according to appendix 1;

2) the Procedure for holding actions for mitigation of consequences of emergency situations or emergencies and recovery work according to appendix 2.

2. Declare invalid the order of the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic "About approval of the Evaluation procedure of damage from emergency situations" of November 11, 2019 No. 597.

3. To impose control of execution of this resolution on management of control of execution of decisions of the President and the Presidential Administration Cabinet of Ministers of the Kyrgyz Republic.

4. This resolution becomes effective after ten days from the date of official publication.
