About change of resolutions of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus concerning export financing

1. Make changes to the following resolutions of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus:
1.1. in Regulations on the procedure and the amount of compensation of losses to "Development Bank of the Republic of Belarus" open joint stock company from provision of export loans, implementation of post-financing and discounting of letters of credit, implementation of financing under concession of monetary claim (factoring) in case of implementation of export contracts approved by the resolution of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of May 5, 2021 No. 262:
to state part one of Item 5 in the following edition:
"5. For the purpose of compensation of losses from provision of export loans, implementation of post-financing and discounting of letters of credit, factoring in case of implementation of the export contracts Development bank no later than 10 working days from the date of the conclusion of the relevant agreements, supplementary agreements to them represents to the Ministry of Finance of the copy:
the credit agreement about provision of export loan, the agreement of post-financing, discounting of the letter of credit, factoring and supplementary agreements to them about change of the amounts of such agreements, intermediate and final repayment periods, about inclusion of new export contracts;
