About modification of the Regulations on procedure for determination of the legal entities by the National Bank of Ukraine crucial for functioning of economy and ensuring life activity of the population of the special period

According to Articles 7, of 15, 56 Laws of Ukraine "About the National Bank of Ukraine", for the purpose of ensuring stability of financial system, continuity of provision of financial and other services during the special period of Board of the National Bank of Ukraine decide:

1. Bring in Regulations on procedure for determination of the legal entities by the National Bank of Ukraine crucial for functioning of economy and ensuring life activity of the population during the special period approved by the resolution of Board of the National Bank of Ukraine of March 24, 2023 No. 32 (with changes), the following changes:

1) in Item 2:

state subitem 5 in the following edition:

"5) single merging of the insurers performing the insurance of civil responsibility of owners of land vehicles performed according to the Law of Ukraine "About compulsory insurance of civil responsibility of owners of land vehicles" for the harm done to the third parties;";

add subitem 6 with the words "or provide services of support of the software of the automated bank systems (improvement, error correction, provision of consultations on setup and operation) which is used in systemically important banks for accomplishment of interbank payment transactions in electronic payment system of National Bank";
