1. Bring in the inventory to which customs procedure of duty-free trade, No. approved by the Decision of Board of the Eurasian economic commission of December 11, 2018 203, of change according to appendix is not applied.

2. This Decision becomes effective after 30 calendar days from the date of its official publication.

The changes made to the inventory to which customs procedure of duty-free trade is not applied

1. Add Item 3 with words "(it is applied to the Republic of Armenia)".

2 Add Item 5 with the word "(packaging)".

3. In Item 6:

a) in paragraph one of the word "assessed by export customs duties" shall be replaced with words "concerning which the legislation of state member of the Eurasian Economic Union establishes export customs duties";

b) add with the paragraph of the following content:

"other finished products prepared for retail sale and which are packed up in consumer pack (packaging) if other is not stipulated by the legislation state member of the Eurasian Economic Union.".
