About modification of some legal acts of Turkmenistan

I. Turkmenistan should make changes to the following legislation:

1. In the Law of Turkmenistan "About local representative bodies of the government", adopted on October 1, 2011 (Sheets of Majlis of Turkmenistan, 2011, No. 4, Art. 75; 2015, No. 2, Art. 73; 2017, No. 1, Art. 40, No. 4, Art. 150):

In item 4 of part one of Article 12 and part three of the word "local executive bodies" shall be replaced with words "local executive bodies";

In part three of Article 15 of the word "and self-government" shall be replaced with words "and local self-government".

2. In the Law of Turkmenistan "About procedure for assignment of names to the state companies, the organizations, organizations, geographical and other objects and their renamings", accepted on May 23, 2015 (Sheets of Majlis of Turkmenistan, 2015, No. 2, of the Art. 61) in parts seven and the fourteenth Article 1, in part three of Article 8 of the word "local self-government" shall be replaced with words "local self-government".

II. This Law becomes effective from the date of its official publication.
