add Item with subitem 1.13 of the following content:

"1.13. establishes in coordination with the Ministry of Economics of the requirement to structure and contents of the feasibility statement on development of mineral deposits;";

in subitems 1.19 and 1.20 the word "claims" to replace with the word "establishes".

3. In Item 2 of Article 12:
