About change of the Presidential decree of the Republic of Belarus

For the purpose of enhancement of procedure for holding advertizing games and ensuring protection of the rights and legitimate interests of citizens I decide:

1. Make changes to the Presidential decree of the Republic of Belarus of January 30, 2003 No. 51 "About holding advertizing games in the Republic of Belarus" (appendix).

2. Determine that advertizing games which holding is begun before entry into force of this Decree come to the end by the rules existing before entry into force of this Decree.

3. In three-months time to provide to Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus reduction of acts of the legislation in compliance with this Decree and to take other measures for its realization.

4. This Decree becomes effective in the following procedure:

Items 1 and 2 - in three months after official publication of this Decree;

other provisions of this Decree - from the date of its signing.
