About entering of amendments into the Regulations on procedure for execution of preliminary, periodic and incomplete cargo customs declarations

According to the Presidential decree of the Republic of Uzbekistan of September 10, 2021 the State Customs Committee of the Republic of Uzbekistan DECIDES: No. UP-6310 "About Simplification of Customs Procedures and Further Enhancement of Organizational Structure of Bodies of the State Customs Service"

1. Make additions to the Regulations on procedure for execution of preliminary, periodic and incomplete cargo customs declarations approved by the resolution of the State Customs Committee of the Republic of Uzbekistan of March 31, 2021 No. 01-02/13-20 (рег. No. 3296 of May 4, 2021) (The national database of the legislation, 04.05.2021, No. 10/21/3296/0410), according to appendix.

2. This resolution becomes effective from the date of its official publication.

The additions made to Regulations on procedure for execution of preliminary, periodic and incomplete cargo customs declarations

1. Add Item 40 with the paragraph of the following content:

"goods concerning which examination by determination of the Commodity Nomenclature of Foreign Economic Activity code is appointed".

2. Add with Item 42-1 of the following content:
