Bring in the Procedure for fixing of administrative offenses in the field of safety on road transport in the automatic mode approved by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of December 27, 2019 No. 1174 "Some questions of fixing of violations of the law of road transport" (The Official Bulletin of Ukraine, 2020, No. 10, Art. 387; 2021, No. 50, Art. 3085; 2023, No. 50, the Art. 2792) the enclosed changes.

Changes which are made to the Procedure for fixing of administrative offenses in the field of safety on road transport in the automatic mode

1. Item in paragraph seven 2, paragraph one of Item 3 of the word "About Telecommunications", "About Information Security in Information and Telecommunication Systems" shall be replaced with words "About electronic communications", "About information security in information and communication systems".

2. To state the paragraph of the sixth of Item 8 in the following edition:
