About introduction of amendments to the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of March 31, 2021 No. 300
The Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine decides:
1. Bring in the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of March 31, 2021 No. 300 "About approval of Licensed conditions of implementation of activities for provision of services in the field of the organization and carrying out gamblings" (The Official Bulletin of Ukraine, 2021, No. 29, Art. 1648; 2024, No. 7, the Art. 320) the enclosed changes.
2. This resolution becomes effective in two months from the date of its publication, except the subitem 2 of Item 1 and the paragraph of the third subitem 9 of Item of 2 changes approved by this resolution which become effective along with the law on modification of some legal acts in connection with adoption of law of Ukraine "About ministerial procedure".
